HLP2 - Hinged Lid Packing Line

The packing line runs automatically to pack tipped cigarettes in length from 84mm to 100mm with different diameters, in different arrangement. It comprises of hinge-lid packer, tax stamper, inner film wrapper, cartoner and carton overwrapper. The line features automatic protecting, testing, fault detecting and ejecting with easy operation and convenient maintenance. The line can be designed to allow you to change from one cigarette format to another, e.g. king size, queen size, slim, super slim. The pack size can be 10sticks/packet, 12 sticks/packet, 16 sticks/packet, 20 sticks/packet. It is a globally recognized ideal hinge lid packer for cigarette industries, especially for the start-ups or industry-specific SMEs, i.e. small to medium sized cigarette factories.
